Goals for May & June

Today I’d thought I’d share some of my habits that I hope to cultivate for the month of May.

Getting up earlier: there is the number of scientific articles about getting up earlier and getting things done. Extra 30 minutes or hour will give you time for yourself.

Reading: I am an avid reader, but in the past couple of weeks I have been only on the internet.

Exercise four times per week in the gym: this one needs no explanation:).

I am semi-successful in this habits, but I need a reminder.
