Productivity: focus


In the last post,  I wrote about time management skill. After you know what you need to do, you have to-do list and you are determent to aced that list, but after couple of hours you have nothing done. Your focus is scatted all around. The easiest method to practice focus is to use Pomodoro method.

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s.

This method is easy: set timer for 25 minutes and focus on one task. Then, you have five minutes break to do something relaxing, then again 25 minutes of work and put check mark on paper.
