This month is really flown by and it has been a lot of changes.
Here are five things I wanted to share with you this week.

Her YouTube channel is awesome. She really kick ass and give you tough love. Sometimes we all need a little (or a lot) push to run towards our goals. Her method is simple: you have an idea, act on it asap. You can count 5,4,3,2,1 and act on it.
I started journaling at the end of May and I love it. It is a free therapy and according to Mel Robbins it is essential to have a successful career.
As we all know and not apply, exercise is important part for successful life. Currently, I am almost every day commute for my work and I don’t have time to go to the gym. So I am walking in the nature (park, near the river) as a part of my exercise.
1.) Leaving my mobile phone
I don’t check my phone first thing in the morning and I don’t check it before I go to bed. It is a small change but it is very powerful. I don’t need to see other peoples lives first thing. First thing in the morning are gratitude and journal, I set my goals for the day. Mails can wait.
