One of the most important things that shape us are our habits. What we think, what we do and what we get in life. We are slave of our habits. We wake up at the certain time, hitting that snooze button couple of times. Dressing the certain way. Eating 2 eggs in the morning. Our life is built on the routine which is great. Problem is when our habits do not match with our goals.

I needed to had a closer look on my habits, to see which are great and the one I need to change it. At the end of the day I ask myself “What could I do to make this day better?” Someday I wrote “I need to be more productive. Don’t be so much on IG/ YT/FB.” So I decided to change my problematic habits so I can enter in 2019 better. I will focus on one area of my life to change my habits and make my morning, evening and week routine around that area. I will report back of course.
