I have a problem. I easily get distracted . My mind is like a wild monkey running up and down, left and right. I started to train my focus like a muscle.
1.My goal is, until task is complete I cannot go anywhere or check Facebook for 50th time.
2.Whit that, I move into airplane mode. I need my silence. Near my hand is only piece of paper, there I write random things.
3. Also meditation is part of my training. For 10 minutes I try to relax, not to thing about anything, just breath.
At the end of day, I check how was my day and what did I do or didn’t do.
