Today I am reviewing my goals about changing the habits.
- Writing my journal
- Plan the day (3 main goals)
- Do not open up my phone upon waking up
- Writing: not so much
- I did it
- Phone: my frenemy, my extension. Major fail.
Habit in the day
- Walking or dancing for 1 hour
Aced that! High five!
- Review the day
I’d like to read one smart book in month and pick one day to plan my weekly goals.
What are your goals?
I red almost everyday, red one smart book. Reviewed the day, but I didn’t plan weekly goals cos I’d rather make quarterly goals.
So this is it, some fails, some aces. Overall I am improving so I can improve my habits.
