Changing my habits: review


Today I am reviewing my goals about changing the habits.

Morning habit

  • Writing my journal
  • Plan the day (3 main goals)
  • Do not open up my phone upon waking up
  • Writing: not so much
  • I did it
  • Phone: my frenemy, my extension. Major fail.

Habit in the day

  • Walking or dancing for 1 hour

Aced that! High five!

Evening habits

  • Reading
  • Review the day

I’d like to read one smart book in month and pick one day to plan my weekly goals.

What are your goals?

I red almost everyday, red one smart book. Reviewed the day, but I didn’t plan weekly goals cos I’d rather make quarterly goals.

So this is it, some fails, some aces. Overall I am improving so I can improve my habits.
