Hi!
I found article about skills for future. Paragraph who stood up is:
Creativity will become one of the top three skills workers will need. With the avalanche of new products, new technologies and new ways of working, workers are going to have to become more creative in order to benefit from these changes.
Robots may help us get to where we want to be faster, but they can’t be as creative as humans (yet).
So how can we be more creative?
Find a time for yourself and think about what we want to do.
Elizabeth Gilbert in her book “Big magic” writes that ideas goes from one person to another.
We need to recognize good ideas and act upon them. When we have good idea, we are excited to start. We talk to friends, parents and everyone how we will write the great book. Months go by and we haven’t done a single thing to write that book.
So the first step is recognizing good idea.
Second step is acting upon that idea: do your research, outline the book. You can always learn by doing it. Sometimes this will be hard, but clench your teethes and endure those time.
Third step is perseverance or, putting more colorfully: Finish the damn thing!
